Received Master's degree in 2000 from Lesley College in Creative arts/ dance movement therapy
Received Yoga teacher's certification in 1996 from the Toronto School of Flow Yoga
Currently teaching between 16-20 classes per week in the Jewish community and general community to numerous committed students per week ( children, adults, and Seniors).
Began a holistic health and Judaic focused retreat program taking women into country cottages/ summer estates integrating holistic fitness, wellness, and creative expression with learning and spiritual growth
Kinneret has taught Yoga since 1996 and practiced since 1992.
Kinneret became an observant Jew at the age of 23, inspired by many special and knowledgeable people who have shown her the path towards integrating Jewish law and the deeper spiritual life within Judaism. Influenced by the teachings of chassidut, Kinneret constantly seeks to integrate the rational law, rooted in Jewish life, with the deeper inner work of the chassidic (kabbalistic) philosophy. Stressing a positive non- judgmental outlook towards all Jews, her programs reflect a sense of groundedness and yet inspiration. Kinneret is able to relate to many people and to unify a group of Jews with many diverse paths, and through this skill, creating programs where the goal of achdus (oneness) is joyfully celebrated in the encasement of intellectual, social, and emotional learning.
